To Recruit and Advance: Women Students and Faculty in Science and Engineering (2006) is a comprehensive guide on how to address issues of recruitment, retention, and the advancement of women. More specifically, the book examines the three types of women found in university science and engineering departments on campus: students, faculty and administrators. The book is available for loan in the MU-ADVANCE office (S-200A).
