Marshall Artists Series FAQ

Q: How can I get tickets to an individual show?

A: Show tickets may be purchased by phone at (304) 696-6656 with a Visa or MasterCard, or in person weekdays from 12:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. in our box office in the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center. You can order tickets online at www.ticketmaster.com or pick-up your tickets at any Ticketmaster outlet including select Kroger Stores. When available, tickets are sold at the door on event nights beginning one hour prior to the performance. We cannot hold tickets without payment.

Q: How do Marshall students obtain tickets?

A: Three weeks before each show each full-time student may obtain ONE FREE TICKET. Part-time students may purchase ONE HALF-PRICE TICKET. Guest tickets may be purchased at full price. Valid MUID is required for all box office transactions and for show admission. Due to the increased popularity of Artists Series productions, we request that any ticketed student who cannot attend a performance return his or her ticket so that it may be used by others. Failure to return unused tickets may require the institution of a monetary deposit for advance student tickets.
