Each summer, teachers participating in our Summer Institute write stories, poems, and personal narratives. Working in response groups to polish their writing, they choose at least one piece to publish in an anthology. Soon, we hope to put up links to recent anthologies.

The National Writing Project has several wonderful publications about teaching and the practice of writing. | Access NWP Books

We especially recommend these two recent publications if you are interested in the most up to date findings concerning the most effective methods and the importance of teaching and writing.
