Is online learning right for you?

This evaluation of your readiness for online learning is designed to point out some of the important qualities of a successful distance learner. Please complete the quiz to assess your own potential for working well in a distance learning environment. The results of this quiz will not be recorded or viewed by anyone but yourself--they are intended only to help you determine whether or not online courses are right for you. If you have additional questions about your readiness for online learning, please submit our Information Request Form.

2. I have convenient access to a computer on the Internet:

a. At my home.
b. At a location that is easily accessible.

3. My ability to use a computer for basic word-processing, the Internet, and sending/receiving e-mail is:

a. High--I am very familiar with the fundamentals of computing.
b. Moderate- I can do the basics but don't have a lot of computing experience.
c. Low - I have very little experience working on a computer.
