If you put all items on a single page (your Grade Book, for
example), you won't have to move from one page to another to view
the entire list.
- Click on EDIT PAGING
- an Edit Paging options window will open
- Type 99 and click SAVE

- You can see two headings near the top left of your screen
Add to Course Toolbar (shows tools you can add)
Course Toolbar (shows tools already in toolbar)
- To add a tool: beside
heading Add to Course Toolbar just click on the
tool you want to add.
- To remove a tool: beside
heading Course Toolbar just click on the tool you
want to remove.

- BUILD tab
- File Manager (at top right of your screen)
- All of your course files are in a folder titled
COURSE___xxxxxxxxx.
Click on this.
- Click on the folder titled my_files
- Find the file you want to edit
- Under the ACTIONS column, click on the pencil icon (if you
don't see the pencil icon click on the break link icon
beside the X (delete icon). A window will ask if
you are sure you want to break the link. Click OK.
NOTE: if you are working in a template and break the
link, the changes you make in the file will not be duplicated in
any section the template is associated with.
- You will now see the pencil icon. Click on this and your
file will be displayed for editing.

Vista has a 5MB limit on the file size you can upload into your
course. Files with a lot of images or PowerPoint slides might be
larger than this. Here are two ways you can bypass this 5MB limit.
Option 1:
In the Choose Files dialog box below (Image 1), click on the
Upload File button in the lower right corner.

This will bring you to the screen below (Image 2). Here, you can
browse for the large file on your computer and upload it into the
course.

Option 2:
You can also bypass the file size limitation by using a process
called WebDAV. This process allows you to easily move files from
your computer to your Vista course. Please click here for complete
