PROPOSAL COMPONENTS

Many agencies have prescribed formats for proposal preparation, including the required forms for text, biographical data, and budget. Many agencies also have page limitations on the body (text) of the proposal. The Office of Grants and Contract Development has a number of program application forms on file; forms can also be obtained from the Federal Register, or from the granting agency.

For agencies which do not have specific formats, we suggest that the project director organize the proposal as follows.
