About Marshall University Student Ambassadors
It's more than just walking backwards giving tours!
We're an undergraduate student based volunteer service
organization in which the members work with the office
of Recruitment and the Alumni Association. With these
departments, the Marshall University Student Ambassadors
host alumni and friends, assist with student recruitment
and retention, as well as host Presidential events and
more.
Our services to the campus consist of giving daily tours,
assisting with Open House, which is twice per semester,
assisting with the Universities’ alumni and friends,
serving on faculty and staff search committees, serving
on student panels, presenting scholarships to high
school seniors, participating in college fairs, helping
with the development of recruitment publications, and
serving as student representatives whenever assistance
is needed.
