MUWC Training Facility
Just your average Thursday night at the Henderson Center pool.... most people working on learning... or perfecting their rolls, be they brace-rolls, sweep-rolls, hand-rolls, no-hands-rolls, or off-side rolls... it's good to know a few when on the river. Other skills acquired include eddy-turns, bow stalls, braces, and cartwheels.
