The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued the final version of a guidance titled, "Investigator Responsibilities – Protecting the Rights, Safety, and Welfare of Study Subjects." 

 

The guidance addresses investigator responsibilities in research with drugs, biologics, and medical devices.
