The U.S. Department of Education offers a service to help students and parents begin college financial planning prior to the student's senior year in high school.  The service, called FAFSA4caster, will be available to provide families with an early estimate of financial aid eligibility.  FAFSA4caster is scheduled to be available at www.federalstudentaid.ed.gov on April 1.  You may visit that site now for additional information.
