SpringFest 2001 will conclude today after a week of comedy, music
and student talent.
"Family Day," sponsored by Student Activities Programming Board,
will feature a barbecue, a pet show and interactive Wacky ID, sand
art and temporary tattoo booths.
The events are free for students and faculty.
Students can make their own Wacky IDs and dog tags beginning at
noon.
The Spin Art Frisbees will be available at 1 p.m., while sand art
and temporary tattoos will be available at 2 p.m.
A quiz show and dunk tank will also begin at 2 p.m. and will feature
prizes.
The pet show is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. SAPB will award
prizes in a number of categories.
The barbecue, which includes chicken, hamburgers and hotdogs, is
co-sponsored by Omega Psi Phi and begins at 4:30 p.m.
