Public Intoxication

Police noticed Larry Scott Sias, 26, staggering along the 300 block of 20th street, across from the stadium, and arguing with another man early Saturday morning and arrested him.

Sias had slurred speech and glassy eyes.

While sitting on the ground handcuffed, Sias began hitting his head on the concrete. After doing so twice and causing a lump to form on his head, he was taken to the state hospital on 20th Street to be evaluated by Parcway counselors.

Once in the police car, Sias started pounding his head on the rear driver¹s side door.

Public Intoxication

At 11:38 p.m. Tuesday, police found Jone Marrie, 43, passed out beside Cabell Hall. Once awakened, he had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath.

Marrie was taken to the Cabell county magistrate court and then transported to Parcway.
