How do I report an item that needs repair?

• For non-emergency repairs, please complete an On-Line Work Order Request Form.

How do I report burned out light bulbs?

• Send a request using the On-Line Work Order Request Form. 

What do I do if I am locked out of my office?

• During regular working hours:  phone the Physical Plant Office at 696-6680.
• If after hours:  phone the MUPD (Marshall University Public Safety Department) at 696-4357.

Who cleans my office and/or classroom, and when do they clean it?

• Either Campus Service Workers or contract workers during evening hours.

Who do I call if I have pests (mice, ants, etc.) in my building?

• Phone the Physical Plant Office at 696-6680.

How do I report a trapped or injured animal?

• During regular working hours:  phone the Physical Plant Office at 696-6680
• If after hours:  phone the MUPD (Marshall University Public Safety Department) at 696-4357.

Who empties my trash and where does it go?

• Trash inside offices and buildings is collected by Physical Plant Custodial staff or contract custodians, and brought outside. From there, trash is collected by a private hauler.
