  • Mandatory On-site Pre-bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., EST on May 2, 2024, at Marshall University’s Memorial Student Center, Room 2W22. The Mandatory Site Visit will follow immediately.
