Please read the Belmont Report as it forms the basis of the Marshall University Human Research Protection Program (HRPP).

2. Human Subject Assurance Training

Go to http://www.citiprogram.org. This website contains the CITI Educational course. You must first "Register for the Course" (printable instructions are below) to establish a Username and Password.  Then, regardless of whether you are at the VA or one of the hospitals, you must select Marshall University as the institution.  Everyone is required to complete the basic course, then annually you will complete a refresher course.  If you have completed the basic course and have forgotten your username and password please contact Bruce Day at (304) 696-4303 or day50@marshall.edu to obtain that information.
