Contract Agreement Signature Form

By signing this form, you agree to your understanding and acceptance of the Contract for Student Housing and Food Service as presented on this web site. This form is legally binding just as if you signed the contract itself.

This form must be completed and returned within ten days of your web application submission along with your $200 reservation deposit. If it is not received within this time period, your application will be discarded.

I understand that the Contract for Student Housing and Food Service is a legal and binding document and that I am agreeing to its terms. I will be liable for the remaining room and board fees if I leave housing before the contract ends. I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of which I am agreeing to.
