Room Assignments

Room assignments are based on the date your completed housing application is received.  Housing in the new residence halls is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Assignments are based on information you will provide on the Roommate Matching Form which asks very specific questions about your interests, habits and the attributes you feel are important. This information is carefully reviewed to match you with as compatible roommate as is possible.  Once your roommate assignment has been made, you will be given your roommate's contact information so that you may contact one another. 

You should submit your Roommate Matching Form at the time you sign your Housing Contract.  Room assignment information was mailed on June 9th to students who submitted their Housing Contract this spring.  Roommate assignments will continue to be mailed weekly through the summer.
