Any kind of repair or other maintenance problems in your apartment can be reported in two ways:

Option 1: Call the FIXX Hotline 696-FIXX (696-3499). The menu system will lead you through several questions so that your problem/request will be forwarded to the person who can correct the situation in a timely manner.

Option 2: Email Bonnie Ross: rossb@marshall.edu the following information so that a work order may be completed. Please provide the following information in your email:

Full name
Room number and building
Problem being reported
Contact information

Once your problem has been resolved, please let us know by telling us how we did. Send your comments to divers@marshall.edu.
