Building Support and Services

Any kind of repair or maintenance issue in your residence hall room or building can be reported in two ways:

Option 1: Call the FIXX Hotline 696-FIXX (696-3499). The menu system will lead you through several questions so that your problem/request will be forwarded to the person who can correct the situation in a timely manner.

Option 2: Email Bonnie Ross: rossb@marshall.edu the following information so that a work order may be completed.

Room number and building
Problem being reported
Contact information
