The Marshall University School of Extended Education is
proud to offer a variety of educational programs and services designed
to help members of the West Virginia National Guard earn a college
degree.
Marshall University and the West Virginia National Guard have
teamed up to bring the classroom to you. The Military Degree Program
is designed to provide educational opportunities for West Virginia
Guard members and their immediate family close to where they live
and work. The cost of this program is minimal for the student. The
West Virginia National Guard pays for classes and the student pays
a one time admissions fee to Marshall University and for their own
books each semester. Financial assistance is available to help students.
Classes are held at local armories on weekday nights as well as
one hundred percent online.
