SR-09-10-(01) 47 EC Resolution approved by the Faculty Senate; read by the University President Resolves that by a vote of the Faculty Senate that Bylaw #15 of ARTICLE IX within The Constitution of the Marshall University Faculty be deleted.
SR-09-10-(02) 48 EC Resolution approved by the Faculty Senate; read by the University President Resolves that the following changes to The Constitution of the Marshall University Faculty be brought to a vote of the faculty. (Exact wording of the revisions on file in the Faculty Senate office)
SR-09-10-(03) 49 CFAHC Approved Recommends that the criteria for the critical thinking course designation (CT) and the associated Critical Thinking Designator Form be approved and that these criteria specified in this recommendation be reviewed after the first year of implementation.

SR-09-10-(05) 51 CC Approved Recommends approval of the listed REQUEST FOR UNDERGRADUATE ADDITION, DELETION, OR CHANGE OF A MINOR from the following colleges and/or schools: COLLEGE OF HEALTH PROFESSIONS: Addition of a Communication Disorders minor within the Communications Disorders major, and the REQUEST FOR UNDERGRADUATE ADDITION, DELETION, OR CHANGE OF AN AREA OF EMPHASIS from the following colleges and/or schools: OFFICE OF OUTREACH & CONTINUING STUDIES: Addition of a Psychology area of emphasis within the Regents BA major and the addition of a Religion Studies area of emphasis within the Regents BA major.
SR-09-10-(06) 52 LAC Resolution approved by the Faculty Senate; read by the University President Resolves that the Faculty Senate endorse the "ACF Legislative/HEPC/CTCC Issues for 2010" as prepared by the Advisory Council of Faculty (ACF).
SR-09-10-(07) 53 LAC Approved Recommends that the Faculty Senate, President Kopp, and the WV Advisory Council of Faculty jointly endorse a recommendation which urges the State and WV-PEIA to implement a 2-year moratorium on any increases in PEIA premiums, co-payment deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximum and/or decreases in medical/pharmacy benefits to all state employees both active and retired.
