INSTRUCTIONS / INFORMATION

Meeting Dates
2009 Fall Semester: September 24, 2009; October 22, 2009; and November 12, 2009 in room BE5 of the Memorial Student Center. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m.

2010 Spring Semester: January 26, 2010; February 16, 2010; March 30, 2010; and April 13, 2010 in room 349 of the Drinko Library. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m.

Material Due Dates: To ensure that your curricular item is placed on an agenda for a meeting date the paper copy and .pdf version must be received in the Faculty Senate office by 12:00 p.m.

2009 Fall Semester: On September 14th for the September 24th meeting; October 12th for the October 22nd meeting; and November 2nd for the November 12th meeting. Any item received after the due date will be held until the next scheduled meeting.

2010 Spring Semester: On January 18th for the January 26th meeting; February 8th for the February 16th meeting; March 22nd for the March 30th meeting; and April 5th for the April 13th meeting.
