The Department of Theatre offers generous merit-based tuition waiver scholarships to new students in the BFA program.  Tuition scholarships are valued at $1,000 to $9,000 and are awarded for 1 to 4 years.   These awards are intended to sustain a strong and diverse ensemble of emerging theatre artists at Marshall and to support promising students who have identified the entertainment industry as a career goal.   This scholarship cannot be applied to books, fees, housing, travel, on-line courses or summer session tuition.   All offers are subject to official acceptance to the university and final review by the Office of Student Financial Assistance.
