Special Collections has no photographs taken by William W. Wyman in its still image collections.
The only evidence of Wyman’s presence in the city of Huntington appears in advertisements in issues of the 1872 Huntington Argus. His studio was located over the Williamson & Russell Drug Store in Guyandotte, a small village located just east of Huntington, which was later incorporated into the larger city. His name does not appear in the 1880 Federal West Virginia Census, indicating that he was no longer in the region by that date.
