Our Mission - We
Create Jobs.
The mission of the Huntington Area Development Council (HADCO) is to
attract new employers to Cabell and Wayne Counties, West Virginia,
to retain existing employers and to help all employers expand their
businesses. The accomplishment of this mission will enhance the area
business climate facilitate continued growth of the area, diversify
the local economy, expand the tax base and enhance the employment
opportunities for area residents, thereby improving the overall
standard of living for all citizens.

Harmony House
Harmony House
is a branch of the Cabell-Huntington Coalition for the Homeless.
This area shelter works with multiple agencies in Huntington to
provide health, psychiatric, housing and quality of life care for
the homeless. Harmony House would like to partner with courses that
could develop marketing and advertising plans for increasing sales
of its "House Pin," which is a source of its funding. The
organization is also seeking students to research and author grant
proposals.
