Judicial Affairs
- Responsible for University-wide implementation of the Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities and the student judicial system.
- Investigates complaints from the Marshall community regarding student behavior.
- Counsels students charged with violating the Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities and, if found responsible, impose appropriate sanctions.
- Appoints, trains and advises members of the Student Judicial Hearing panel.
Volunteer Services
- Serves as liaison between local nonprofit organizations and student/staff/faculty volunteers from the Marshall community.
- Solicits students/student groups as volunteers for various community programs and events.
- Assists student organizations and the American Red Cross in promoting and implementing blood drives for students, faculty and staff.
- Assists and advise students and student groups in promotions and implementation of events for awareness and fundraisers in support of nonprofit organizations.
- Organizes and implements Marshall Day of Service and Volunteer Fair events during the fall semester.
- Assigns and monitors community service to sanctioned students.
