Day-By-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Overnight Flight
Fly to Ireland - Fly across the Atlantic to glorious
Dublin.
Day 2-3: Dublin
Welcome to Dublin, capital city of the Emerald Isle.
Meet your EF Tour Director and take a stroll through the city along the
banks of the River Liffey. On Day 3, a local guide shows you Dublin in
depth, from O'Connell Street to the illuminated Book of Kells.

Day 4-5: Dublin - Liverpool
Ferry across the Irish Sea to Wales and pay a visit to
Caernarvon Castle, where the first prince of Wales was presented to the
Welsh in 1284. On Day 5, visit the city of Chester, which dates back to
the first century A.D. Your next stop is Liverpool, whose most famous exports
are John, Paul, George, and Ringo. Learn about the early days of the lads
from Liverpool on your "Magical Mystery Tour."
Day 6-7: Haworth - York
Pass through the Yorkshire town of Haworth, home to one
of the most gifted families in English literature. It was in Haworth that
Charlotte and Emily Brontë penned their masterpieces, Jane Eyre and
Wuthering Heights. On Day 7, a guide escorts you through York, a city whose
crooked, half-timbered buildings give it a true medieval flair. Walk along
the Shambles and tour the cavernous interior of York Minster. Enjoy a visit
to the Castle Museum, and see the 1,200-year-old Anglo-Saxon Coppergate
helmet.
Day 8-9: Edinburgh
Journey to Housesteads, site of one of the best-preserved
forts along Hadrian's Wall. The wall was built in A.D. 122 to mark
the northern border of the Roman Empire. Tour Edinburgh's Old Town and
the Royal Mile on Day 9 with a local guide. Next, visit Edinburgh Castle,
former home of Mary, Queen of Scots.
Day 10: Flight Home
Fly home from Glasgow to Charleston, WV.
