Create staff development opportunities to create strategies for collaboration, create and enhance modeling initiatives such as academic integrity committee codes and policies sub-committee, Student Conduct and Welfare Committee, UNI 101, Who's Who, Safety Walk Committee, Women's Center Advisory Board.	1 year
Advancing learning for students by examining multiple perspectives on student issues and by affirming shared educational goals.	2 years
Develop multiple levels of programming to facilitate the development of a diverse student population.
