The aim of the study is to assess the adoption or rejection of a ceiling installation assistive tool based on its different usability parameters. The tool has been evidenced to reduce the musculoskeletal and ergonomic exposure in ceiling installers (Dasgupta, 2015). The tool (hanger’s helper) was fabricated based on the idea of ‘deadman’ (Dasgupta, 2016) and could be placed on its own while supporting the ceiling.
