| Michelle became Director of University College in summer 2003. She started at Marshall in 1996 as Director of the Buck Harless Student Athlete Program. She is originally from Virginia. In May 2005 she finished her Ed. S. from Marshall. Her masters degree in Athletic Administration came from Eastern Kentucky University (1993) and her bachelors of science in Sports Management/Business Administration from Virginia Intermont College (1992). Michelle’s outside interests include tennis, travel, photography, house/garden projects, and quality time with her dog, Winston. |

| "Trish" is an advisor at University College. She also coordinates the tutoring program and the major expo each fall and spring. Trish has been at Marshall University for 23 years. She earned her B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University in 2002. She has just begun an M.S. degree in the same field at Mountain State. Trish previously worked in the Career Services Center and in the Bursar's office here at Marshall. Her outside interests include reading (anything and everything!) and crossword puzzles. |

| Martha is an advisor in University College and the "connective" advising coordinator. Mrs. Barnett is a graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi in music education and worked as a band director for 10 years in Mississippi. She later moved and diversified her career to become a financial aid advisor for 10 years. Mrs. Barnett started her career at Marshall in the Office of Human Resources and was promoted to the Office of the Registrar. She joined the University College staff in June 2006. |

Kendra is the newest member of the advising team in University College and coordinates the Math Workshop and the National Student Exchange (NSE) program at Marshall. Kendra graduated from Marshall with a B.A. in Counseling and an M.S. in Adult and Technical Education. She is currently taking classes in Communications. Before joining UC, Kendra worked as an Academic Advisor in the College of Science. She also teaches a section of COL 138 for the Community and Technical College. In her free time, Kendra enjoys walking, spending time with family and friends, watching Marshall football, listening to the Marshall Band, working part-time at Weight Watchers, and making crafts. |

| Terri is the Program Assistant in University College. She is currently working on her Regent’s Bachelor of Arts Degree here at Marshall. She enjoys working with the youth at church, doing Sudoku puzzles, and spending time with her husband, Chuck. |

| The former whale-tank cleaner gave up a promising career in marine life maintenance in order to pursue a college education. His ambitions have since grown and he is currently en route to completing his M.A in Athletic Administration. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking and yelling at plants. |
