announces summer thesis grant recipients
graduate students at Marshall University have received summer
thesis grants for this year, Dr. Donna J. Spindel, dean of the
graduate college, announced today.
The purpose of the grant
is to provide funding for students who are working on thesis
projects, Spindel said. The selection is made on the quality
and significance of the thesis research, the likelihood that the
research will eventuate in a completed thesis and the
justification of need for support. The grant amount is $500 and
is provided by the Marshall University Research Corporation.
