A Campus Conversation offered as a forum for introducing an innovative approach to regional accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association, is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Drinko Library 402 and simultaneously to South Charleston, Room GC 134.
A previous session took place Sept. 26.
The discussion will center initially on a quality improvement project initiated by the HLC called the “Degree Qualifications Profile.” Schools that participate will help craft a response to the question, “What is the meaning of a university degree?”
The discussions are sponsored by the Office of Academic Affairs and MU-ADVANCE.
Questions and requests for additional information should be directed to the Office of Academic Affairs, firstname.lastname@example.org.
