MUOnline GradeBook appears to be missing or gone from the course! If you log into your MUOnline course, click GradeBook, and the GradeBook does NOT appear, you only see a blank screen... First, do not panic, the GradeBook is not gone. It is a Java issue. Listed below are 3 options to fix the problem. Internet Explorer Option 1 - Quickest fix: In the Grade Book, right-click on blank screen and select "Refresh/Reload"
Option 2 - If that doesn't work try the following: 1.On Internet Explorer, click Tools, scroll to and click
Internet Options.
