1. Click on the Windows icon
in the lower left corner. Right click on Networks and
choose Properties.
Open your browser and follow the Cisco Clean
Access instructions 3. After reading the information provided, click Download Clean Access Agent...
4. When the
CAA Setup appears, click Run.
5. When the
InstallShield Wizard window appears, click Next;
then click Finish. 6. When the CAA Login window appears, type your MU username and password in the appropriate fields. Make certain that Marshall is selected as the authentication provider.
7. At this point a window will appear either indicating Success (Full Access to the Network- see figure 8. below) or Temporary Access, indicating that there is one (or more) of five potential issues with your computer:

Continue, one of the following windows
will appear:
2. AV Not Up To
Date
3. AV Not
Installed 4. Anti-Spyware Software Not Up To Date
5. Anti-Spyware Software Not Installed (Optional, but Recommended)
Follow the
instructions indicated on the window. You may
encounter more than one of the windows above. |
