Terms Of Sale

All items are “as is-where is”; all sales are final.

Print legibly and accurately. ALL BID FORMS MUST BE SIGNED.

All bids must be in whole dollar amounts. No cents.

Awards are made to the highest bidder.

The University shall not be liable for any property damage or personal injuries.

Payment by cash or check made payable to Marshall University.

Procedural questions will be decided by the Director of Purchasing or a designated representative.

The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

These are Dell GX1P Computers (good condition) complete with 19” monitor, mouse and keyboard, with 450 MHz Pentium II processors, 128 MB RAM, and 10GB hard drives. Only one of these will be on display but all 15 can be bid on individually. A separate bid sheet will be provided to registered bidders on Oct 27.
