The Computing Services Help Desk is located on the 4th floor of the Drinko Library. The Help Desk may be contacted via email at helpdesk@marshall.edu or by phone at:

The hours of operation are as follows:

• The University Computing Services (UCS) Help Desk is open and available to take all calls and walk ups from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
• The UCS Help Desk is available via phone support ONLY between the hours of 5:00 PM and 1:00 AM Monday through Thursday, Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm, and Sunday from 9:00PM until 1:00AM.
• The UCS Help Desk is *on-call Saturday 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Sunday 1:00PM until 9:00PM.
