Standard vs. nonstandard operating system support i.e. Windows Server, Linux vs. proprietary systems, e.g. VMS, Unix etc. 5. Database Support 6. Networks / Internet configuration, access, and traffic requirements. 7. Expectation of Service Window: 8-4:30 on normal business days is the norm, 24x7x365 will add considerable cost. 8. Application Support Services can be made available via SLA. Cost will be determined by mutual agreement and should be based on UCS cost recovery. |
