Individual tickets to all Marshall Artists Series events now on sale

Individual tickets to all 2013-2014 Marshall Artists Series events went on sale Sept. 9 and are now available to the public.  For ticket information, call the Artists Series box office at ext. 6-6656 or visit the office, located in the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center, which is open Monday through Friday from 12 noon to 5 p.m.

The Artists Series accepts all major credit cards.

All performances will take place in the Keith-Albee Performing Arts Center with the exception of a cabaret program performed by vocalist Roslyn Kind next March at the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center.

Versatile comic/actor Bill Burr opens the series at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, having achieved success in TV, films and the live stage.  He has been a regular with David Letterman, Conan O’Brien and Jimmy Fallion and has a recurring role on AMC-TV’s hit show, Breaking Bad.  In addition, he   recently guest starred on Fox’s New Girl. Burr can currently be seen in the film, Heat, alongside Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy, which opened this summer. His Monday Morning Podcast is one of the most downloaded comedy podcasts on iTunes and his two critically acclaimed hour Comedy Central specials are available on Netflix and DVD.
