Natalie Cole to appear Thursday at Keith-Albee; faculty and staff to receive one-day special for remaining tickets

Natalie Cole, daughter of the legendary Nat “King” Cole and a nine-time Emmy Award winner, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, in the Keith-Albee Performing Arts Center.

Cole rocketed to stardom in 1975 with her debut album, Inseparable, and her number one single, “This will be (An Everlasting Love).”   After a string of singles throughout the 1970s and 1980s, she recorded Unforgettable…With Love, an album of standards that included the “Unforgettable” duet with her late father.

Her latest project is Natalie Cole En Espanol, released earlier this summer.

The Marshall Artists Series is offering a one day special half-price ticket for all remaining seats to Natalie Cole on Thursday, Oct. 10 at the box office for members of Marshall University faculty and staff.  MU ID is required at the box office and at the show.
