Marshall University will sponsor three higher education forums next week in Pt. Pleasant, Huntington and South Charleston in order to give faculty, staff, students and members of the respective communities an opportunity to discuss issues with legislators. Each of the sessions will be moderated by Beth Vorhees, director of news and public affairs for West Virginia Public Broadcasting.
The week’s activities begin with a session at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, at the Mid-Ohio Valley Center in Pt. Pleasant, followed by a session at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, in the Drinko Library Atrium on the Huntington campus. The forums will conclude with a session at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, in the Academic Center on the South Charleston campus.
