Marshall’s United Way campaign for 2013 will conclude Thursday, Nov. 7, according to organizers. The campaign has a goal of providing help to 30,000 individuals in the community. Projects include those related to adult literacy, childhood obesity, dropout prevention, life skills, substance abuse prevention, basic needs and more.

Forms may be turned in at the Marshall Recreation Center to receive a free day pass, to an individual’s departmental office, or sent to Dr. Michael Prewitt, dean of the College of Health Professions, who is chairing the campaign, via campus mail at Prichard Hall 224.
