Faculty Achievement: Brown recognized as she retires as assistant prosecuting attorney


Margaret Phipps Brown, professor of criminal justice and criminology,  who has retired as a part-time assistant prosecuting attorney for Cabell County, was recognized for her service in a recent article in the Huntington Herald-Dispatch.
