Two local authors with Marshall connections will have book-signing sessions for their recent books during the Marshall University Bookstore open house Nov. 18-19.
Dr. Joseph Wyatt, author of The Breaking Point Killing and Other True Cases of Murder and Malice: A West Virginia Forensic Psychologist Remembers, will be at the Wednesday, Nov. 18, beginning at 11 a.m. Wyatt is emeritus professor of psychology at Marshall. James E. Casto, retired from the Huntington Herald-Dispatch, where he was a reporter and editor for more than 40 years, will be signing books from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19. A native of Huntington, he earned a B.A. degree in journalism and a M.A. degree in English at Marshall. He is the author of Marshall University and most recently Wayne County.
The Marshall University Bookstore, located in the Memorial Student Center on the Huntington campus, is inviting all faculty and staff to the open house Nov. 18 and 19. The event will feature 25% discounts on selected items throughout the store and refreshments and snacks will be served.
