You Have The Right To Speak! Haven is Marshall University's commitment to the prevention of violence against women on campus. The program provides crisis intervention, advocacy, information, referral services, and education to the students, faculty and staff of the Marshall University community. Haven programming focuses on sexual assault, domestic violence, sexual harassment and stalking. The programs and services are offered free of charge and any contact made with the program is confidential.

Haven was established through a grant awarded to the Marshall University Women's Center by the U.S. Department of Justice. The grant's purpose is to combat violence against women on college campuses.
