Here are several resources for women to utilize on the Marshall
University campus. You are encouraged to use the services that are made
available to our students, faculty, and staff. All of the programs below
are open to all members of the Marshall community. Please direct any
questions about these resources to

Women's Center (143 Prichard Hall) Available for lounging, studying, meeting, and informal gathering. Couches and desks are available for use. It is the location of the Lunchbag Seminars and is often used for women's issues presentations, film/discussion groups, guest speakers, receptions, and other special events. Resource Library (135/143 Prichard Hall) Housed in 135 Prichard is a lending library with a variety of books and magazines written by, for, and about women and women's issues. 143 Prichard holds the resource files which contain clipped information, articles, and research materials related to women's topics and issues of concern. In addition, the Center has an extensive collection of video tapes on women's issues which can be used for presentationsm and research projects. Lending of the resource materials must be in accordance with the Centers policy. The Coordinator's Office The Coordinator's Office (696-3112) is housed within Student Development and Counseling Services on the first floor of Prichard Hall. The office and Center are open 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday, and the Center remains open until 6:30pm Monday thru Friday. Academic Resources
