In My Own Words
I am a member of the sports and news staffs at WMUL. It was my goal to accomplish as much as humanly possible my freshman year. I have called volleyball, basketball, softball and baseball for the FM 88 sports team. I T’d it up with station manager Alex Reed as the team who put on the Thursday Sports report last spring. I am an anchor for Newscenter 88, WMUL 5 o’clock news cast. I’ve done a lot, but yet there is so much else for me to do.
Away from the station, I am still the voice of Charleston Catholic (my alma mater) athletics, and on occasion, my alter ego, Fandemonium, will make an appearance at one of their basketball games. When I am off mic, my life transitions to a series of “f”s: food, football, family, friends and faith. Not necessarily in that order, but pretty close. I live by two credos, Go Herd and Go Irish. That’s all you need to know.
