Fall 2011 Seminar

Welcome to the Fall 2011 Doctoral Seminar webpage!  You will find all of the information you need right here.

As a part of your Doctoral Program Residency requirement, the 2011 seminar will be held on Saturday, October 29th. So you can get the most out of your Doctoral Student/Faculty Seminar, we would like to make you aware of several changes that are being instituted.

The first major change is the seminar will be held once a year rather than in the fall and again in the spring.  Also, a new format has been designed for each stage in the doctoral program.  Whether you are a new student, in the middle of your course work, preparing to present your portfolio or writing your dissertation, we hope the sessions will meet your needs.  Please complete the evaluation form at the close of the day so your doctoral committee can plan next year’s event with your responses in mind.

A variety of sessions have been planned for each phase of the program, and details for each group can be found by clicking on the group description.  To get the greatest benefit out of your day, please spend some time prior to the seminar deciding what sessions will be the most valuable for you.
