Dr. Justin Williams received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from West Virginia University in 2011. He completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, NY in 2011-2012. He received a pharmacy teaching certificate through Long Island University Marie and Arnold Schwartz College of Pharmacy in Brooklyn, NY in 2012. He joined Marshall University School of Pharmacy in 2012 as an Assistant Clinical Professor with a practice site in Internal Medicine at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV.
Dr. Williams has presented many topics to students and practitioners in various health professions. He was a guest lecturer at Long Island University Marie and Arnold Schwartz College of Pharmacy where he discussed human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and antiretroviral therapy. He has also presented original research and case reports at regional and local pharmacy conferences .
Dr. Williams professional interests include infectious diseases and HIV, immunizations, and pharmacy advocacy.
