Admissions Guidelines

Marshall School of Pharmacy takes a holistic view of an applicant’s background for the purpose of admission; however, the following guidelines for acceptance are recommended:

  • Expected completion of all pre-pharmacy coursework prior to fall enrollment, with a minimum pre-pharmacy GPA of 2.5 or higher (Please note:  completion of an undergraduate degree is not required.)
  • Completion and submission of all required application documents and fees (see instructions below)
  • Completion of the PCAT (Pharmacy College Admissions Test)
  • Satisfactory completion of on-campus candidate interview

Marshall University is now accepting applications through the PharmCAS website.

In addition, MUSOP requires submission of a supplemental application which should be completed and sent along with the $100.00 supplemental application fee to:

The deadline for receipt of all application documents is March 1, 2012.

Tuition

Marshall University School of Pharmacy tuition for the 2012 – 2013 academic year is as follows:

WV Residents- $15,926.00
Nonresidents – $27,916.00
