Yeagers Abroad

The Marshall University Society of Yeager Scholars honors Charles E. “Chuck” Yeager, Brigadier General, United States Air Force (Retired), the first man to break the “sound barrier” on his historic 1947 flight of the Bell X-1 aircraft, and whose distinguished life epitomizes excellence and the objectives of this program.
